Returns and Exchanges

Please note that as of 31st January 2023 I will no longer be offering refunds.

I am happy to offer an exchange or a credit note as an alternative.

If you do decide to return an item then please note you are liable for postage costs.

Items must be received back in the same condition they were sent our and within 14 days.

No exchanges or credit notes will be offered on items from the Bargain Corner category.

I always endeavour to describe my items in as much detail as possible including measurements and any flaws.

Please note that as my items are second hand and therefore pre-used that there will always be a certain degree of wear and tear and they are not in a ‘new’ condition.

Very occasionally I may miss a flaw and this instance I will offer a full refund including postage charges.

It is your responsibility to check your measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Please note that returns often have a detrimental effect on small businesses.
